Petate Residences is a residential project inspired by the traditional weaving of the petate, reinterpreting coastal life in Oaxaca through organic, open architecture in direct connection with its natural surroundings.
The residences prioritize a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, integrating greenery, natural light, and areas designed for a relaxed and authentic lifestyle.
The project consists of 23 private residences, ideal for living or investing on the Oaxacan coast.
